Fettuccine Pasta | It's Skinny
  • 1 package It's Skinny Fettuccine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted


Drain and rinse It's Skinny Fettuccine and set aside.
In a bowl, crack eggs and whisk well. Add sugar, melted butter, sour cream, cottage cheese, and cinnamon. Whisk until well combined.
Add drained and rinsed It's Skinny Fettuccine noodles. Mix until everything is well combined.
Pour the kugel mixture into an oven-safe pan or baking dish, sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.
Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven until the surface of the kugel is browned and the eggs are cooked through (about 10 minutes).
Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon, dish up, and dig in!
