Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, if you are unsatisfied with your order. You are backed by our 30 day money back guarantee, minus shipping charges.

*Products purchased on subscription are not eligible for refunds. You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as order has not been shipped yet. Once order is shipped, sale is considered FINAL.

*Products purchased on Itsskinny.com and Amazon.com are eligible for refund with proof of purchase.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please select the product(s) you would like to return from your order after logging in to view your previous orders, and select the Return button. Otherwise, you may Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Free shipping over $70. We can ship to any address in the lower 48 of the United States (no APO or Military bases currently). Products cannot be shipped to international destinations at this time.

We typically ship items the same day it's ordered on Monday through Friday, if before 2pm EST, but can take up to 1-2 business days to ship. Deliveries typically arrive in 1-7 days, excluding weekends or holidays.
