- 1/4-1/2 lb. ham (thick-cut), cubed
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 shallot, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Drain and rinse 1 package of It's Skinny spaghetti pasta; set aside.
In a medium skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Toss in the cubed ham and peas. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add shallots and stir to combine. Let cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Toss in fresh basil and It's Skinny pasta and stir to combine. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the pasta is heated through.
Serve the ham and pea spaghetti in a bowl and garnish with fresh lemon zest. Dig in & enjoy!
