Ingredients

  • It’s Skinny Pasta Fettuccine
  • 1/3 cup of Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
  • 1 pound of chicken breast or thigh cut into strips
  • 2 shallots thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of grated garlic
  • 1 - 2 Fresno chili or jalapeños
  • 4 bunches of green onion
  • 2 carrots cut into ribbons
  • 2 zucchinis cut into ribbons

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and 1/3 cup of water in a large bowl.
  2. Heat a large skillet and add oil and brown the chicken. Add shallots, garlic, bell peppers, and green onions and sauté. Cook 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour in the sauce, add the two packages of It’s Skinny Pasta Fettuccine, and cook another two minutes.
  4. Add Thai basil and serve.
  5. Enjoy!
