Ingredients
Angel Hair | It's Skinny- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup whole walnuts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh dill
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest

Drain and rinse 1 package of It's Skinny Angel Hair pasta and set aside. (You could also make this with It's Skinny spahgetti or fettucine pasta!)

Toss all of your pesto ingredients into a blender - garlic, walnuts, parmesan cheese, and the fresh herbs. Season generously with salt and pepper, then blend.

Stream 1/2 cup of olive oil into the pesto mixture as it blends. You want it to be creamy, but still have a chunky texture.
