- 1 Bag It’s Skinny Spaghetti
- ¼ teaspoon salt & pepper
- 3 tablespoon butter, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 scallions (whites only)
- 2 tablespoon keto cream cheese (Tempe)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoon grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon dried or fresh parsley and basil
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic, scallions and sauté, stirring frequently, until fragrant for about 1-2 minutes.
Stir in It’s Skinny Spaghetti, heavy cream, keto cream cheese, Parmesan, lemon juice, and herbs. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, until cream sauce thickens slightly.
Add red pepper flakes to taste. Serve & enjoy!
